Words cannot accurately describe this business or convey its 'awesomeness,' but I'll try. Think top shelf, ultra posh, upper strata of society, meets Mayberry USA. The Best of Class, but in the 1950s--when quality and customer service meant something. In other words, I'm confident there is no one in this country, or the UK for that matter, in whom you could better entrust your most precious items or valued assignments. Wade goes the extra mile, and then ten more miles, and all with exquisite taste, a smile, and personality plus. You can't go wrong here.
P.S. I live in the Monterey Bay Area and nowhere near Union Square in the City. But there are no engravers in my area who even come close to the level of Wade and Heirloom Engravers; and I demand that level of quality. Here's the good news: in 2022, with texts, emails, cell cameras and overnight mail (fully insured), I get Union Square SF quality from where I sit. I needed 10 watches engraved as gifts for my groomsmen for my wedding. Working with Wade was a breeze! He was very responsive and helpful when communicating my options for engraving. Wade was very nice and very efficient and did a great job on my ring. I found him on Yelp and he is in SF in a building with all kinds of other jewelers. I had a wonderful experience. I brought a leather journal I was giving as a gift. I had a hard time finding someone to engrave it. He was wonderful to work with and suggestions.
